Bio
My name is melvin chenault ,i am a self taught classical guitarist primarily, but after starting my own band called illumination i had to learn more r&b and rock tunes. When i was in middle school i learned to play the standup bass, but after seeing the movie crossroads i switched to classical guitar. durind my seven years with my band illumination we were the house band on "hits and flicks" a movie review show on the WB ,and we played other venues. I have been writing original music since 1991 ,but didnt start teaching the band this music until about 2000. I perform also as a solo guitarist and have opened for straight ahead, dave mcmurry, spencer barefield ,and other such jazz heavys .

Very nice vibe. Very much a void filler. Keep pressing forward.

This is forward thinking music, Miles would be proud. To go down the road of the rarely traveled, music wise, is a bold and brave step indeed. This reminds me a little of the days when Earl Klugh played briefly with Return To Forever. You have certainly carved your own sound and style. Continued success to you and your future, and thank you for posting this music here at Fuzz.
